This private boat cruise covers the waters of Mirabello Bay, stopping at Spinalonga Island and the sheltered cove of Kolokytha Beach. Departing at 15:00, the tour is timed so that guests spend the afternoon swimming and snorkeling before the evening settles in. The crew guides anyone who wants to try fishing, and gear for both snorkeling and fishing is provided on board.
As daylight fades, the crew sets up an onboard barbeque with local meats and, when the catch allows, fresh fish from earlier in the trip. Dinner is served on deck with wine or beer, soft drinks, water, and fruit salad — a full Mediterranean meal eaten while the sun drops over the Aegean.
The tour is private, meaning the boat is booked exclusively for your group of 2 to 8 people. Pick-up by vehicle is available from a wide range of locations along the northern coast of Crete, from Fodele and Agia Pelagia in the west to Milatos, Elounda, and Agios Nikolaos in the east. Drop-off is at your accommodation at approximately 22:00.
Guests are advised to bring swimwear, a towel, comfortable shoes, a jacket for the evening, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a camera. The excursion is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties or those prone to seasickness.
